Goal Scorers:

  1. Vancouver Police: Constable Paul Hobbs
  2. Vancouver Fire: Tim Campeau (assists from Jesse Gregory and Scott Ichiiwa
  3. Vancouver Fire: Mike Skinner (assist from Isaac Kaminski)
  4. Vancouver Fire: Brian McGillivray (assist from John Lupa)

Charity Causes Supported

Vancouver Firefighters, through the VFC, among many other things, support sports initiatives for underprivileged youth throughout the Lower Mainland. Half of the 2015 Battle of the Badges proceeds go to supporting the VFC-UBC Hockey Camp for Kids, taking place in June 2015. Here, many at-risk and underprivileged kids participate in an otherwise unattainable life-changing experience.

The Vancouver Police Foundation each year organizes and delivers and variety of community outreach and athletic programs focused on inner-city youth. This supports positive, long-term outcomes for at-risk youth, as does the VFC Hockey Camp. Half of the 2015 Battle of the Badges proceeds will support these initiatives.

Many thanks to the community for sharing this great event with us, as well as the entire volunteer crew, and our event sponsors, without whom, The Battle of the Badges wouldn't have been possible.
